N Standard

Standard wheelsets have a wider tread profile than their semi-scale counterpart while still maintaining the fine side contour. The finely tapered axles reduce friction for better performance and are a direct replacement for Fox Valley Models, Rivet Counter, and other fine brands of freight and passenger cars. These wheelsets run well on most commercial track brands as well as handlaid track.

  • Standard wheels have a wide tread profile and run well with most commercial brands of track as well as handlaid track
  • Fits Athearn, BLMA, Fox Valley Models, Micro-Trains, ScaleTrains, and TrainworxMost wheelsets are available in 12 and 100 packs
    • We recommend measuring your model’s axle length to ensure the right fit
  • Suggested uses:Fine wheel rim and dish contours
    • 28” wheels - some autoracks
    • 33” wheels - 50 & 70-ton capacity freight cars; cabooses
    • 36” wheels - 100-ton capacity freight cars; passenger cars

  • Chemically blackened for realistic appearance
